描述
Merck 手性柱 ChiraDex 可用于分離多種不同化合物的對(duì)映異構(gòu)體。ChiraDex 基于β-環(huán)糊精與二氧化硅球形顆粒之間的共價(jià)連接，非常適合烴類(lèi)、甾體、苯基酯、芳香胺、五元至七元環(huán)的雜環(huán)化合物的手性分離。簡(jiǎn)單組成的RP洗脫劑可用于大多數(shù)分離中。這種吸附劑包裝于LiChroCART 250-4 HPLC柱中。HPLC 系統(tǒng)的連接是通過(guò)使用 manu-CART NT 支架（1.51486）完成的。
